The issue you are having is due to bug introduced in an Microsoft Office365 update in Jan 2019.

Normally the TempIT installer (as all installers) check the current installed version of the ocx files, and only overwrite if the version is older. But Microsoft has raised the version above the office version numbers, and the files do not work.
The attached installed forces an overwrite of the key ocx files back to the versions released in Visual Basic SP6. Run this first, and then install TempIT.
