It looks like the TempIT installation has been corrupted and a reinstall is required.
Please make sure you have the latest version - This is VERY Important, you MUST have version 4.1.51 or later. You can download the latest version from here:
https://www.spydaq.com/tempitpro/download/advanced_install/standard/TempIT4_Setup.exe
If you use Internet Explorer to download the file, it may strip off the file extension as a security measure.
You need to find the file that was downloaded, it's probably in your downloads folder, right click it and select "Rename". Go to the end of the file and add .exe so the file should be called TempIT4_Setup.exe
Once you have renamed it, it will run as required.
